Soul AI provides voice-based AI assistants ("Moses" and "Mina") that you talk to on your phone or computer. These terms and this privacy policy explain how the service works and how your information is handled. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Soul AI is a subscription voice assistant. You speak to a persona (Moses or Mina) that can hold a conversation, remember things you share, search the web, set reminders and lists, and — if you choose to connect them — control your Spotify playback and read or add events to your Google Calendar.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Provide a valid email so you can reset your password and receive account notices. One account is for one person.
Paid plans are billed through PayPal on a recurring basis until cancelled. Each plan includes monthly limits (voice minutes and deeper-task counts) that reset at the start of each calendar month. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. A free trial is provided as described at signup.
The assistant's responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on Soul AI for professional advice — legal, medical, financial, or otherwise — or for decisions where an error could cause harm. Verify anything important. The voices are AI-generated and are not real people.
The optional "leave a message" feature lets you store a personal message for one person you designate, to be delivered by email if you stop using your account for an extended period (an inactivity trigger, after we email you advance warnings). It is intended for a personal letter and instructions only — not for passwords, account numbers, or credentials; use a password manager's emergency-access feature for those. Delivery is best-effort and not guaranteed (it depends on email, your recipient's details staying current, and the inactivity trigger), and it is not a will, trust, or any legal instrument, and not a substitute for estate planning or legal advice. Your message is encrypted at rest; your recipient must confirm the name and code-word you set before it is shown. You are responsible for the accuracy of the recipient's details and the lawfulness of what you choose to leave.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Third-party services (below) are subject to their own terms and availability.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app (see "Your rights" below). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Your data is used only to provide the service: to run the assistant, remember your context, enforce plan limits, and bill your subscription. We do not sell your personal data.

Your data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, your account record and all associated data — memory, transcripts, notes, lists, usage, and any connected-account tokens — are removed from our systems. Routine backups are retained on a short rotating schedule and age out automatically.
Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes. Data is served over HTTPS, each account's data is isolated, and access to the server is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time using the "Delete my account" link at the bottom of the app — it's immediate and irreversible. For any other data request or question, contact us below.
Soul AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
